My son loves his new pads. He says they’re very comfortable and he loves how he doesn’t feel the impact as much as he did with his old ones.
This is my son’s first year in tackle football C Team “3rd grade.” Wanted a pad with more mobility and comfort than the Riddell pads provided by the league. This pad definitely has more range of motion and less weight. Only down side IMHO is cushion under pads are on the thin side and feel too soft. Pads run a tad on the bigger side, but at this age there is a lot of variables that come into play on fitment. So far so good, will do a follow up report as season progresses. Extremely fast shipping !
They broke after 3 games top shoulder pad came off
My 10 year old son had multiple pairs of school issued pads that didn’t fit well and pinched his neck and shoulders. The fit of these pads are excellent and allow superior mobility.
