Custom ordered helmet after measuring size of head received helmet for it to be way to big with no exchange. Sizing needs to be updated before people keep losing money

Sizing of helmet is inconsistent on website between youth and adult helmet. Which forced me to order the wrong size! Plus did not help with my accidental order. So I couldn’t get money back, store credit, or even for them to swap my helmet with the correct size!

Helmet is awesome! Overall fit, with all pads available, is just prefect!!
The only issue we are having is a chin strap related feature. We are trying to change the provided chin strap connectors to a Speedflex CAM_LOC type for quick adjustability. Is that possible? If so, do we need any special screws or clips? If not...do you offer a similar chin strap clip with the same feature?
