FREE SHIPPING
Orders over $100 will receive free Economy shipping when shipping to the contiguous United States. Exclusions apply to Hawaii and Alaska where free shipping will not be offered, regardless of order total.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
We do not offer expedited shipping of any kind. The only shipping rates we offer on our site are economy, ground, and home delivery, all of which are equivalent to standard shipping speed.
HELMET POLICY
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns or exchanges of VICIS products must be within 30 days from the date of shipment and product must be in new condition, and cannot have been worn in play. Except for warranty claims related to defects in materials or workmanship, no returns will be accepted for custom painted or finished helmets or facemasks. If you placed your order directly with VICIS over the phone, please contact us and a Customer Service representative will respond with a Return Authorization Number and directions on how to return your order. VICIS is not responsible for return freight on product unless it is found to be defective. VICIS is not liable for lost packages. Once your return is received, a credit will be issued (if warranted) within 30 business days. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your credit card statement.

ORDER CANCELLATION & ORDER ADJUSTMENTS
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund of the purchase price, or adjust the your helmet configuration specifications, if requested within 48 hours of initial order date. Please contact VICIS Customer Support to request a cancellation.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 calendar days of receipt for an exchange or refund to your original payment method. All item(s) must be returned by mail in their original condition, (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered) in the original polybag.
