Helmet was for my college son playing at collegiate level. He’s very happy with the helmet. Ordering was simple as well was able to get exact color he needed for it as wel!
The order took 8 weeks to ship, we were quoted 4 when we ordered. Helmet arrived scratched and not in as expected/ typical new condition. Facemask screw was cross threaded and stripped. Zero customer service until week 7 when I called multiple times per day until I finally spoke to someone. Terrible experience. Helmet seems fine for the three remaining games, missed 4 games due to delayed order...
My 13 year old loves his QB elite helmet. Shipping arrived a week earlier than expected. Unfortunately extra delta pods and stabilizer pads had to be purchased to achieve optimum fit. The visor was also very hard to attach.
