Hi,i buy a helmet zero2 last month, but is too big to my son,I need a return, o also a pods or estabilizers around 1" o 1"25.
After waiting weeks and weeks, we received the wrong color of helmet. Customer service sent me a return label and I sent it back the following day. They said they would put a rush on shipping ours out and it's been over 2 weeks and still has not shipped yet.
The wrong item was shipped. It has been returned yet 17 days after re-order was done internally by Vicis, I still do not have the item. Camps and practices are underway and Vicis failed to deliver. Considering just asking for a refund, but since you company has all the top Brands, I guess I'm just stuck waiting.
Me llegó mal el tamaño lo había pedido L Youth y. Me llegó XS Youth. Y no me.lo quisieron cambiar que por qué la orden decía xs y no tengo como comprobar que si lo pedí L
