ZERO2 CUSTOM HELMET
My son loves his Custom Helmet! It sticks out from the rest of the helmets at practice and appears to be of much better quality!
Helmet fits and does great but the finish on the Helmet has started fading after only the 1st week of use. I have already contacted you guys but of course no return emails.
We received a helmet with some factory defects. I was concerned reading reviews stating there were issues with customer service. I’m happy to report that after speaking with Tyler, and communicating via email with the customer service team, they replaced our helmet on record time and allowed us to keep the other helmet until the replacement arrived. This helmet was purchased by my son who saved up his own money to purchase. We were impressed with the presentation he made regarding the safety of your product and would recommend your company to any one who asks. Thank you for taking care of our issue promptly and allowing our son to start his season with the safest helmet.
We bought the helmet for my son who’s in Pee-wee which he loves the helmet. My only complaint it came with a few scratches and pain chips on the facemask. Other than that I think it’s well worth the money
